I authorise the work requested above and agree to pay for labour, spare parts and materials required for that purpose at the Superior Marine Services (SMS) current rates and prices.
SMS shall not be responsible for the loss or damage to the vessel, its accessories or contents whilst berthed or being driven in connection with the work being authorised unless caused by the negligence of SMS or its employees. I agree to pay SMS reasonable storage charges if delivery of the vessel is not taken within two days after notice is given by SMS that the work has been completed.
SMS may contact you upon confirmation of your booking and request a deposit payment before commencement of any works. At the time of billing you may choose to pay via EFT, cash or credit card (which will incur a fee).
The Client shall pay all costs (including legal and agent's fees) incurred by Superior Marine Services Pty Ltd in connection with any recovery or attempted recovery of any overdue accounts from the Client.
Superior Marine Services advises that all Antifoul Works are subcontracted to Cockatoo Island Boat Storage. Bookings made through Superior Marine Services is solely for the convenience of our customers.
Any warranty works or damage to vessels caused in the care of Cockatoo Island Boat Storage will be referred directly to Cockatoo Island Boat Storage for resolution under their Liability Insurance Policy and are not the responsibility nor Liable of Superior Marine Services.
